The staff was very nice and helped us with all the questions and requests we had. The check-in was seamless. The valet was no issue, the car was parked right in front of the hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom and toiletries were exquisite. The location is also very convenient. Overall a very nice stay, would stay there again.

Hotel Galata situation is top, very near Galata bridge. It allow to go every where very easily, Take boats, trams and Undergroung to visit Istanbul. The staff is very nice and effective. Deluxe rooms are big, bathroom top. We didn't experience breafast and Spa (it cool be free access during the whole stay !)

I wasn’t aware of it when I booked the hotel but my favourite part of the stay was the historical Hamam in the hotel. I also got 20% off the Hamam experience for booking the hotel through Expedia. Otherwise the hotel was quite well located and had a good selection of tea. Only thing I’d note is that we followed the process for eco house keeping (I.e not having the sheets or towels replaced) but they were replaced anyway.
