I waited 30 minutes to get in to my room, staff made me wait. When I arrived at my room around 12:25 pm, the cleaner was still cleaning. She was unprofessional, loud. Cleaning setup seemed unprofessional. I asked her to leave room. Room was cold, the rooms have high ceiling.

Dès mon arrivée, on m'a proposé un surclassement a condition de bien les noter sur le site! Étonnant. J'ai pris le surclassement prenium, et là désillusion, salle de bain pleine de moisissures, chambre pas faîte en nettoyant, meuble cassé, pas de.papier toilette, matelas avec des tâches d'urine, tâches au plafond, fil électrique apparent.... Jia du désinfecter la.salle de bain moi même a la javel.... J'ai toutes les photos si vous avez besoin à disposition. Je veux être dédommagé et retirez cet hôtel de votre liste....il vous fait du tort. Le personnel est gentil, mais la.patronne est horrible, voir agressive ! Encore une fois j'ai les photos et témoignages si nécessaire de monn séjour horrible dans cet hôtel insalubre. Merci de me dédommager du préjudice Hugues Adam

Unuttuğum birkaç şey olduğuna kesinlikle eminim. Yalnızca aklımda kalanları yazacağım. -Odada sabun yoktu. Resepsiyondan ve temizlik görevlisinden ayrı ayrı talep etmemize rağmen sabun verilmedi. Bunun yerine tuhaf bir şekilde şampuan önerdiler. -Sifon bozuktu. -Sifonun tamir edilmesini talep etmek için resepsiyona giderken asansörde kaldım. -Odada pencere yoktu. -(Belki inanmayacaksınız ve abarttığımı düşüneceksiniz ama) Sıcak su yoktu. -Oda içerisinde sadece bir adet priz vardı. -Isıtma veya soğutma sistemi yoktu. -Otelin konumu harikaydı. El cuarto piso olía a humedad y tabaco. Permanentemente fuman dentro de la propiedad y no es apto para no fumadores. Cuando llegamos se dañó el servicio de agua caliente y un par de noches nos bañamos en agua fría. La limpieza estaba bien pero nada excepcional había agua fresca rodos los días.

Eğer istiklal caddesine yakın olsun diyorsanız konum olarak çok iyi otuz adım attığınızda caddenin tam ortasındasınız göreceli olsa da bana göre eğer küçük çocuklu bebekli aileyseniz dış ortamdan dolayı çok fazla gürültülü olduğundan bu dezavantaj olabilir, personel gayet ilgili, otopark imkanı olmadığından ki o bölgedeki otellerin çoğunda yok tabi, şanslıysanız isparkta yer bulabilirseniz tercih etmenizi öneririm özel otoparklar hem çok fazla pahalı hem de güvenli değil, otel için genel olarak fiyat performans diyebiliriz

Das Hotel war schrecklich, keine richtige Rezeption, Zigarettengeruch im Zimmer + Zigarettenstummel unter dem Bett. An den Wänden Schimmel, Flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Ein Stern ist zu viel… Das Personal war bemüht, konnte aber auch nicht wirklich helfen und wir mussten woanders unterkommen, in so einem schlimmen Zimmer schlafe ich nicht…

Yataklar değişmemişti.soyledik değiştirdiler .önce anlamadi sanirim .siz o odayi almissiniz dedi.yatakta kan Bile vardı. Yatak ortusunde beyaz beyaz seyler vardi.Oda çok izbe idi .odada yangın merdiveni kapısı vardı. Yangın merdiveninde izmaritler ve ve çöpler vardı. Yani odanin yangin merdivenine acilmasi normal mi.cam cok yukarda idi .Banyo o kadar dar ki klozette otururken kolunuz bacağınıniz bir yerlere değiyor. Otelde gecen zamanım diken üstünde geçti. 4.9 puan almış temizdir diye gittim .malesef hiç alakası yok hatta otele girerken inci tanelerinin setinde hissettim kendimi .
