We had a great stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The place is very nice and comfortable, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is also good, with a welcoming and safe atmosphere. The hotel even helped us book a taxi to the airport, which made our trip easy and smooth. Overall, a very good experience highly recommended!

Apartment or a joke

Be aware of this apartment/host, such apartment with the images provided does not exist in reality and the neighborhood is not safe. It was a mistake to accept a non refundable payment. When we arrived there on 2nd of January to the address that they provided us we did not find anything. Already 4 days before the check-in we sent messages on the chat channel to the host but we never received any reply back, we tried also calling to the phone number the host provided us but no answer either. The host did not answer any email either! This is a typical FRAUD where a person acts as a host and asking for a non refunable rent and when the traveller visit the place he/she doesn't find anything.

Give it a miss

It was disappointing from day 1, nobody there at reception - had to get local shopkeeper to remind caretaker to return. There were no fixtures on the wall - towel rails/toilet paper holder etc - just screw holes in the wall where they had once been. Repairs are patched and made do, rather than secured or remedied. Not a lot of care in the place. Very rudimentary - basic bed and bathroom with sparsely furnished kitchen - one pot to cook with. Maid comes once a week (if you're lucky). The wifi was patchy, sometime out completely for hours. All sorts of leaks in the plumbing and AC, depends on how tolerant you are of it for the price you're paying. Thing was, it wasn't as much of a bargain as you'd think, its not close to transport, although you can walk to the Bazaar and Mosques in 10-15min. Don't eat at the restaurants in the vicinity - they prey on tourists and food was overpriced and terrible.

I would not recommend it to no one.

I won't stay there again unless I am desperate. Long walk to metro station or tramway . Housekeeper very lazy you have to beg her to change your bed sheets.

Als ich da ankam,war keiner Strom in diesem Raum aufgrund technischer Probleme aber es dauert nur zwei stunden so ungefähr , obwohl unsere Nachbar Hotels haben alle eigene Strom gehabt!.das fande ich ok! Aber ich habe in dieser Zeit Expedia App bei Kunden Service beschwert, dass in diesem Bereich keine Strom habe ,hat der besetzter vom Hotel sich sofort verändert und war am nächsten Tag nicht mehr freundlich bis letzte Tag. Aber was war schlecht die Seite Expedia App da ist sehr komisch Kundenservice die haben mich überhaupt nicht beantwortet und komplett ignoriert!!! Ich buche meine Unterkunft immer bei booking ,booking ist super und sehr freundlich und die helfen immer nur habe ich diese mal Fehler gemacht und hier gebucht,Das Apartment war ok man konnte aushalten aber bad war katastrophe! Deswegen werde ich nie wieder mit Expedia was zu tun haben!! Ich werde die App blockieren und löschen

Espantoso, insalubre, horrendo

Espantosa. Entramos de madrugada con una semana pagada y nos fuimos de ahí a la mañana siguiente. Checking esperando en la puerta media hora porque no habia nadie y eso que avisamos y mandamos itinerario de avión. Pagamos 2 habitación y nos dieron 1 habitación y una cocina con camas. Insalubres y horrendo. Además de no tener nada que ver con las fotos. Estoy deseando leer los comentarios desde el hotel que he leído algunos que no tienen desperdicio, ya que no admite las críticas.
