A great small hotel near Taksim Square. Excellent small restaurant just two doors away, and a wonderful place for breakfast just around the corner. About 45 minutes from the airport by taxi (be prepared to pay cash).

This is a small discreet hotel. It was hard for our driver to find initially but once you know where it is, it’s easy.. Hotel itself is very clean and the room is of good size. It had a small fridge, a kettle, and hair dryer. Iron can be requested. There isn’t a safe and there is a TV but no English channels. The air con was tricky to figure out but worked fine. The WiFi was great but down on the last day. The staff are really helpful. We really like the location of this hotel as it’s literally five minutes walk from Taksim square. There are lots of places to eat close by. We would definitely return to this hotel as couldn’t fault it in any way at all. It was definitely a great little gem to find. Away from the loud hustle bustle but close enough to everything. I would recommend Taksim Avenue Hotel for sure!!
