Easy walking access to the "Biggies" (Hagia, Blue Mosque, Bazare, ferry to go to asian side.... Breakfast was great, staff was good, and there are lots of dining options just up the lively street,

First for all, on Expedia they have mentioned blue mosque is 3 mins walk, that totally incorrect . I was under the impression that I am staying right near blue mosque and hagia sofia. However it will a long walk. Original seven hill hotel is actually 3 mins away from blue mosque not this one, so I felt like little cheated that there are 2 hotels with almost same name and both claimed the same walk time for near by attraction. Also room didnt have working USB-A and USB-C plug, they were broken. Bathroom door was not easy to close. These are all small issues but property need to take care of this. staff was great , always ready to help. Thanks

My wife and had a four day layover in Istanbul and this hotel was ideal. Location was excellent and we were able to walk to most destinations. Breakfast was excellent but the best of all was the spa / Turkish Bath, which we indulged in at the end of each day. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning due to an overseas flight, and they were able to get us into a room early, which certainly helped with the jet lag. We will definitely stay here if Istanbul in in our travels in the future.

Shower area around the grout had black mold. Housekeeping didn’t clean the mirror wipe out the shower toilet when it was obviously dirty. The bed was made nicely. Things were organized. There’s much dust under the bed which should be dealt with.

Rooms are great, the jacuzzi shower tub is deep so hold on getting in and out. Public transits a hike as the hotel falls in the center of to stations for both the train and the bus. The train can get you to town by galata bridge or take it backwards 2 stops and you hit a transit hub for the m2 line

Mixed messages at this property. As you can see the main photos in the ad are impressive, and the courtyard is very nice. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. My biggest complaint about this property is proximity to major street and road noise. The rooms close to the main road are loud, we asked to be moved due to noise and cleanliness and were eventually moved to a nicer room. Could still hear the road noise but manageable, Also, there is music playing in the courtyard constantly, which I found annoying especially later at night. I had to ask them to turn it down at 10:15, and they did. I suspect the music is to distract from the road noise. The rooms are mixed, some are nice while others are less nice. The property / rooms need some attention and upgrading. I am surprise by the Expedia rating, way too high based on our experience IMO. Personally, I would not return to this property although many will find it luxurious, especially with the Spa which consists of a sauna, steam room and Turkish bath. Breakfast is good. Location (other than proximity to road noise) is good and 15 minute walk to main tourist area and attractions.

The property Is close to all major attractions which is very good. But we were placed in the back alley of the hotel which subjected to people talking late at nights and cars driving past. Also there are remodeling very close by so overall is noisy.
