The Hotel was great the staff were very helpful and nice. The room was cleaned everyday. But be advised this is a very busy and noise part of the city with Friday and Saturday night partying till the early am. Other wise very nice and safe area.

I really enjoyed my stay , special thanks to Kudret for her hospitality and always there to help in any matter , special thanks to Selma for her hospitality during breakfast she was always there to answer any question and to make sure guests are served in the best way, thanks to all staff at the reception all very helpful , fast check in and check out. I have one suggestion to the cleaning staff , daily cleaning needs improvement they only make the bed and change the towels , no dust cleaning or floor cleaning during my 4 nights stay ! I am sure they can do better Breakfast is very good may varieties and healthy options. will come back soon... thank you

Stayed with my 8 yo son in double room. Unfortunately the room was adjoining and I asked to change for another room with no additional entrance door in the room. Thanks to reception I got another room only with one entrance. Note for hotel and travelers: if you have small kids don’t allocate adjoining rooms for kids. Just to be on safe side.

Una Félix estancias, En el comedor siempres estaba una señorita , para ver si nos hacía falta algo , las cocineras muy amables , las chicas de la limpieza fenomenal La recepción , esperaba que supieran algo de Español , o por lo menos se esforzarán en coger un móvil y traducir . biz arkadaşımla 5.kattaki bir odada kaldık. galatasaray fenerbahçe maçına denk geldi kaldığımız günlerden biri. ona rağmen pencere kapalıyken bir ses duymadık. ses konusunda bir sıkıntı yok. konumu aşırı iyi direkt şişhane metronun orada. konum ulaşımı çok kolaylaştırdı. onun dışında odayı temizlemeleri için düğmeye basıp çıktık akşam geldiğimizde her şey yenilenmişti sadece yerler kirliydi. saçlarımız falan döküldüğü için onları görmemek mümkün değil yani. onun dışında kalınabilecek en makul yer. farklı otellerde de konakladım ama konum olarak ne bi yokuş iniyorsun ne de çıkıyorsun, yormuyor. taksim taraflarında burdan başka otelde kalacağımı sanmıyorum. ayrıca biz arabayla gelmedik ama yanlış görmediysem otoparkı da var.
