The hotel is in a good location on the Pera neighborhood. Closed to bus transportation to head to the Old Town, about a 10 minutes walk down the hill to take the tram which leaves you right on the center of everything. The hotel is small but it'll do just find but the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent breakfast but not available until 9 am. Desk staff speaks English and Russian and are very friendly and helpful. Steps away from shops and restaurants and Istikal Cadesi- yet quiet (except for night after local football match). We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Good value for price, the rooms were clean and in good condition. The hotel is very close to Istiklal Caddesi, where you can find stores, sightseeing and food. A short walk from Galata tower and public transportation. A bit of noise from cafees in the evening and night, but the hotel is good if you plan to stay out in the evening/night to experience Istanbul. Area felt very safe.

It is a boutique hotel very well located, it is noisy outside, the staff is very nice, and they lack of amenities as it is a boutique hotel, do not expect a 5 star hotel. It was very convenient to stay there as it has access to the best attractions in Istanbul and it is close to public transportation.

I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was simple and healthy. It's a small property, with limited staff but they are helpful. A couple of useful pointers: they give you bottled water but only on the 1st day! Also I couldn't figure out what the two unnamed liquids (might have been bath wash? Shampoo?) were in the bathroom. The staff speak English well, which helped me. The location is very walkable, although access to the area is through small roads which are inevitably jammed.(big and old city/lots of traffic/small road, etc., etc.)

The room was fine, though there were odd things - one of our bedside lamps was broken, there was fake greenery over some wires sticking out of a corner, and the shower drain cover was broken. The breakfast was very good, and the women who served it were kind. I have traveled a lot, and this is BY FAR the most street noise I've ever experienced in a hotel. Even with high-quality ear plugs designed for concert attendance, nearby clubs played music so loudly from 1 to 5 am every night that you could feel the beat of the base in your chest. I would strongly discourage anyone staying here over May 1 - the police shut down the entire neighborhood with fences and blockades closing down full roads. We asked staff about this; they laughed and said "Today you relax in hotel!" We paid for a shuttle to the airport upon departure and were told to come to the lobby at 0610 for a 0615 departure. At 0600 staff phoned us and scolded us that the shuttle had been waiting for 10 minutes. We came down to the lobby, staffed grabbed my bag despite my asking them not to. They rushed it down the street and threw it into the shuttle. When we arrived to the airport, the wheel of my suitcase was broken. For a €65 shuttle, I would expect them to not break a suitcase. The street noise and police presence are not the fault of the hotel, but they would benefit extremely from providing better training to their front desk staff; all were dismissive and unhelpful throughout our stay.

Unhappy stay

The rooms showed while booking were completely different from the one that was assigned to us upon check-in. Though we booked a family room, including a 10-year old child, we have been directed to a tiny room lacking the minimum privacy (the bathroom had a glass door and did not fit for a family. No bed was provided for our daughter and even provided, the room was small and offered a feeling of a confined space. An other issue worth mentioning is hygiene. For a whole family, one roll of bathroom paper was provided throughout our stay (2 nights / 3 days). The carpet was not clean. Part of the service was breakfast. It was another fiasco on both quality and quantity. Everything is about money.
