The hotel is charming and in a great location for attractions, Staff there are wonderful and very helpful. The room is clean and the triple room third bed was surprisingly not bad. The place was quiet considering it is central old Istanbul, no tram noise etc. Breakfast was good with reasonable choice.

The staff was excellent, very helpful with luggage, arranging cabs, and doing the little things you want a hotel to provide for you. Excellent English. The room was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it was neat and clean. Breakfast was good, not elaborate, but very good. Love their tea in the lobby. The rooftop restaurant is a must for dinner. Good food and views.

This was an oasis of calm in a very busy, bustling part of Istanbul, not far from Aya Sofia and the Grand Bazaar. A lovely mix of Turkish hospitality and very professional standards. Our room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The roof restaurant serves good fresh Turkish food - quiet and peaceful at lunchtime, busy and friendly in the evening, with excellent service and a good view over Istanbul. The modern, well designed spa area in the basement has a pool, sauna, Turkish bath and haman. Breakfast is included in the room rate and provides a wide range of Turkish and international choices.
