Nice affordable hotel

Room was larger than average, it actually was more like a suite with two rooms. It had a mini bar which is rare in 3 start hotels. Also location was very good away from touristic locations. Only downside is the TV had almost all channels in Turkish only

"While the staff were wonderful and the sheets were clean, the rest of the stay was a nightmare. We were put in a side building with unsecured entry doors and felt very unsafe. The room was in disrepair: the shower and heater turned on randomly at night, the lights failed multiple times, and the couch and carpet were covered in disgusting stains. For the price they charge, this was a massive disappointment.

No WiFi in my room. I had to go to the lobby to get WiFi connection. No elevator. No room on the first floor. I am handicapped and going up the stairs was a problem. I canceled my 9 days reservation after staying there for a day and a half. However, the receptionist was very professional and tried to help.

Otelde genel olarak bir hizmette yavaşlık var. Kapıların kilitlenme ve kart sorunu hergün devam ediyordu. Oda da çift kişi konaklacagimizi bilmelerine rağmen tek banyo havlusu varken el-yuz havlusu hiç yoktu. Buzdolabı sembolik olarak konmuş ama çalışmıyordu.

Calisanlar guler yüzlü, herseye ilgililer. Havuz cok guzel ve temiz. Kahvalti acik büfesi guzel cesitliydi, yemek ve icecekler bölümü de guzeldi. Odalar temiz kullanışlı, klima guzel calisyor istediğin gibi. Sadece yataklar rahat değildi. Zamanla onlari yenilerse otel daha konforlu olabilir. Genel olarak tavsiye ederim cok begendik
