Over all the stay was excellent as well as the experiance, what made the most empression is the staff, they are very helpfull and respectfull in every department no exception . Rooms are apit smaller than they apear on the website ,make sure you pick wisley . The location is arguably the best and the staff is a standout! Ayoub at reception was particularly helpful and friendly. The concierge staff also offered great assistance in booking transport, and taking care of the luggages, including loading in the vehicle. We had a great stay and will be back whenever we are in Istanbul - our gateway to Europe.
