Very friendly and helpful staff, good location close to Osmanbey metro station, only downside is you need to walk up a steep hill to get to the the station and the main road this can be difficult if you are walking with a suitcase or a baby pram but I figured out this can be easily solved by taking the hourly bus just by the hotel and getting of the next stop.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days as a family of three. The location was not bad, but if you plan to walk, be prepared to climb about 150 meters uphill or stairs. This was especially difficult with a stroller. The hotel does not have laundry service. The hair dryer was not working properly, and the ventilation in the room was quite weak. In my opinion, the room cleanliness was also below expectations. Overall, the stay was average.

It was truly a wonderful experience

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt a positive energy. The staff were so attentive and friendly it felt like I had known them for years. My room was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was not only delicious but also served in a peaceful atmosphere. In short, everything was delightful. Low-End Hotel, Noisy, Mediocre Service

My stay was not consistent with the ratings I saw. The walls are very thin and room is not noise proof. Walls were also dirty. I had no hand soap because room cleaning took it the day after it was opened and never replaced the soap they took. They also took my hand towels and did not replace them. One night someone was smoking and I had to open my window to get to sleep from the smell. I had to use ear plugs every single night. The front desk was not able to resolve these issues. The breakfast is of poor quality. I would not stay here beyond a simple one or two nights. This was a regrettable stay for me given what is available in this area.

Odalar gayet temizdi. Havlular nevresimler vs. sorunsuzdu. Bulundugu konumu cok sevdik, osmanbey metroya 7-8 dakikada yurunuyor, sislinin merkezi alanlarina çok yakin. Calisanlar cok güler yüzlü ve yardim severlerdi. Hepsine tekrardan tesekkur ederiz. Yasadigimiz tek sorun klima ile ilgiliydi. Sicakta calismasina ragmen soguk ufluyordu tamamen. Bunu belirttik ama bakmayi unuttular sanirim. Otelin ici genel olarak sicak oldugundan klimayi kapattigimizda ekstra bir sorun yasamadik. Uygun bir fiyata neredeyse sorunsuz bir deneyim yasadik. Kesinlikle tercih edebileceginiz bir otel.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Man merkt, dass es sich unter neuer Leitung befindet – das Team ist äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht, den Gästen einen guten Service zu bieten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, was mir besonders wichtig ist. Das Frühstück befindet sich aktuell noch im Aufbau, wurde aber transparent erklärt. Das Personal hat uns informiert, dass in Zukunft neue Konzepte vorgestellt werden sollen, was ich sehr spannend finde. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit viel Potenzial für die Zukunft. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Mekan ve oda fevkalade temiz, modern ve imkanlar bakımından gayet iyiydi. Her şeyden öte otel sahibi çift mükemmel ve samimi insanlardı. belli ki bu durumu çalışanlarına da aşılamışlar. Herhangi bir yere yorum yapmak hiç huyum değildir ama bugün can-ı gönülden yorum yapmak ve az da olsa bu müthiş insanlarla destek olmak istedim. Eğer bu civarda konaklama ihtiyacınız varsa tüm işletmelerin sunduğu 4 duvar 1 yataktan öte bu tatlı çift ile tanışmanızı şiddetle tavsiye ederim.
