This place is wonderfully maintained. The staff is wonderful. Mike (Miguel) and his crew made our meals absolutely amazing. We got a room with a private pool and it was worth every penny. We also booked an affordable and wonderful massage. We met the director of the hotel who was very amicable. Very centric. The beach was wonderful. We will definitely recommend and go back.

We picked this place because it looked cute with a boho vibe, and it totally delivered. The atmosphere was cozy and thoughtfully designed, and the staff was genuinely great — friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. It made the whole stay feel easy and comfortable. We had a wonderful 4 night stay! The travel time to the island was very lengthy when you take into consideration your flight, transportation from the airport to the Holbox ferry (took us approx 2.5 hours) and then the ferry ride itself (about 20 minutes). It ended up being around a 14 hour travel day for us by air, shuttle, ferry and side by side! So very worth it. The villas were adorable, the only issue with us was our villa was upstairs and the stairs were difficult for my older mother (no elevators in resort). The staff was amazing, room was impeccably clean, food was fantastic and the entire villa was well groomed daily. Walking distance to the beach and downtown was doable, side by side taxis were available within minutes to take you into town if you did not want to walk in the heat. I would give 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone!

Perfect hotel to relax! I did slightly prefer the more “jungle” vibe from the sister hotel but it’s all matter of enjoying the moment! Great breakfast and very kind staff!! When you’re on the beach you do need to wait a while for your drinks. If they put one more waiter depending on the busyness this would really help. We had the breakfast incl option, the first night we wanted to have the buffet dinner at the hotel but the prices are crazy, especially for small kids who’re not going eat much. We therefore went in town to eat. If the dinner prices was a bit more attractive they’d lure more folks for sure. The room was great, we were in room 81, sadly on the side road which can get a bit noizy in the early evening when al the quads are passing by, luckly this doesn’t last the whole night.
