Main door glass was busted, the place is completely ran down, including the rooms. The halls and stairwells smell like pet urine. We went next-door to the Sam’s Club ended up buying new bedding, Lysol and cleaning supplies for the room. The rooms are completely awful.

Staff was friendly. Parking was adequate. We were there for the Indy 500, so -- of course -- we paid an outrageous price for the room. Although a coffeemaker was advertised, it was not provided. TV was tricky to turn on and off. There were no lamps -- just harsh overhead lighting. Best thing: plenty of hot water in the shower and good water pressure.

Akward location - off Sam's Club parking lot. Another major chain next door. Outside is well lit with cameras. Inside is a worn Motel 6. Lots of business at one time but updates were neglected. Affordable pricing and no fuss stay, which is what I was looking for. I would revisit.
