Found cockroaches in the room. The Manager Mary apologized for the problem after shiwing her picures from inside the room. Was promissed a full refund, but Mr. B, the owner, refused to refund me 2 days. Mind you I stayed there for one day only after I discovered the pests infestation. Also the hotel is very noisy, no breakfast, not even afternoon cofee or tea, just cheap cheap service. I guess Mr. B wants to collect your money, not refund it when there is a legitimate issue with the service or the facility,

They gave my reserved room away to someone else. They gave me another room that didn't have a king size bed like I had reserved. They sent me first to the room that I had booked and my key wouldn't work and people were in there the whole fiasco took over 30 minutes. I was exhausted when I got there so that didn't help at all. Let's say that me being highly disappointed would be an understatement. I'll never stay at another motel 6.
