The space

Our property is perfectly located for easy access to a number of great shops and restaurants.

Here are some details for your reference:

Kitchen - It has a coffee pot with complimentary tea/coffee! There are also free oatmeal and snacks, pots, pans, basic spices, and bakeware.

Living Room - A smart TV with access to standard streaming platforms. The fireplace is just for show and is not to be used. Games are also provided for offline entertainment. The sofa can be configured as a full-size bed.

Bedroom 1 (Primary) - A large and comfortable king bed is the star, and there is an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 & 3 - Both have queen beds as well as a dual-purpose alarm clock that can also charge your phone. Just ensure you remove your phone case when placing it on top of the alarm clock.
Also 2 queen air mattresses.

Outdoor Deck - A firepit table is set up on the deck, as well as a grill, and both are propane powered. It’s the best place to get your grill on and enjoy some summer sun.

Parking - The garage can comfortably fit two cars, and the driveway can fit a couple more.

We do not allow any parties at the property, as the neighborhood is nice and mellow.

This is our home, and we kindly ask that you treat it with respect. If you encounter any problems, we will make our best efforts to take immediate action; however, we do not have anyone who lives on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For guest convenience, the outdoor fire pit is available for use; however, we do not provide firewood, kindling, lighter fluid, matches, or starter supplies. Guests who wish to enjoy the fire pit are welcome to bring their own approved materials and use the amenity responsibly in accordance with local safety guidelines.

Instant booking for our property will only be available for guests that have a 4.0 rating or above. For guests below that rating, reservation requests will be reviewed, and some additional screening and questions will be asked before the reservation may be confirmed.

Along with this, guests that have no reviews, negative reviews, or profiles that are not verified will need to pay a refundable deposit of $300 that will be refunded after check out. It will not be returned only in the event of any missing items or damage that is found after your stay.

While our property is pet friendly, we can only accommodate dogs; no cats are allowed. There is a 2 pet maximum (under 50lbs). We kindly ask that your pets be kept off the furniture and beds and that you crate your pets if you will be leaving them. Please ensure that your pets are potty trained and are taken outside.

We do not provide any pee pads, and a fine of $500 may be applied in the event of the following:

* Pets not on reservation/unauthorized reservation
* Pets on beds/furniture
* Accidents (indoors)
* Prevalent pet odor

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in keeping our place accessible for all guests.

Regular pest control is conducted at the property, and as a precaution, we recommend bringing your own spray.

We have placed ice cube trays in the kitchen drawer, as the fridge ice maker is not working.

Absolutely Amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay! The communication with the manager was fantastic and the home was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The location was easy to access highways, but also off the main roads so there was some privacy. Very close to the stores and restaurants of Avon. Definitely recommend this home!

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at this lovely home for 8 days and we’re very happy. The home was exactly like the pictures showed, clean and in a wonderful location. We enjoyed going just down the road to Avon for dining and shopping, but also enjoyed being a short drive to larger attractions. Truly a quiet location and we felt safe. Communication with the host was amazing, they were always quick and efficient with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this home and plan to stay again if we are back in the future.

Wonderful Home

This home suited our needs perfectly! It had just enough space for what we needed to do to get ready for our son's wedding. The beds were very comfortable which helped us rest during an eventful week. We had a small issue upon arrival, but our host addressed it right away and was always prompt in her responses. If we ever need a place to stay in the area, we would for sure come back again.

Perfect for our needs

We had an issue with the property upon arrival, but the contact person addressed it right away and stayed in contact with us until it was remedied. She also took our comments into consideration to improve the property for future guests. We were quite comfortable here and would rent again if we ever have a need in the future as it net our needs perfectly. We found the beds very comfortable too. This home is located in a very nice area.

When we first walked in the place, it looked very cute, but when we did a walk-through, we noticed there were crumbs on the floor, crumbs on the couch, and smudges on the windows, and glass doors. The place was cute, but the master bed was uncomfortable, and the advertised grill did not work, and there was crumbs on the couch, and on the floor. Also, there is an advertised fireplace, but you are not allowed to use it. Overall, we will not be staying at this location again. And all four of us adults felt like we would’ve had a much cleaner and more comfortable stay at a local hotel.

We were in town for a bowling tournament, and the location could NOT have been any better. Host was super responsive with questions and checked in to make sure all was good. A/C unit was not working properly but he had guys there the next day to fix it.:). House was very clean, beds were very comfortable, deck was very nice and shower had great pressure with good hot water. My only complaints would be to have bigger table in kitchen, new kitchen sink/faucet, clean the grill, have garbage empty inside and out on arrival, and new elongate bowl comfort height toilets. ty jeff

Great location for Indy visit

With a professional landscaper and a professional cleaning service this property would be a 5. The proximity to both the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the airport as well as restaurants and stores is excellent. The property is well laid out and the outside deck is spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable. The yard was nice but very much needed attention. The grass was about 6 inches long and the shrubbery was blocking the garage door and the sidewalks. The yard is lovely so this was a big disappointment for me. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, but the main living area floor needed a good scrubbing (we had a crawling infant with us who had very dirty hands and knees after our first hour there. We bought a mop and re-cleaned the floor and all was good.) The cleaning service should probably check under the sofa cushions and the drawer beneath the oven, too. The garage needed sweeping as well. We liked the neighborhood and enjoyed taking walks with our grandchildren there.

Very disappointed

Pictures looked good. Very deceiving. Pulling in looked abandoned. Bushes over grown. Grass had not been cut in weeks. Inside: Floors very dirty. Broken trim on countertops, return air vents were so plugged hardly any airflow for air. Not sure what they used for mattresses. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Ice maker on refrigerator broke. Toilets would not flush properly. Could not get the stove to work. This is not acceptable at all. I have rented several houses for business trips and vacations and have never had this type of experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Pictures on request.
