- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a single bed
- Bedroom 4: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath and shower

The house is ideally located in L'Île-d'Yeu, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
To get to the island, you can take a ferry (from Fromentine or Saint Gilles Croix de Vie).
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
