Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 130 m² house for rent in L'Île-d'Yeu, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 10 travellers (8 adults maximum). It has a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 1,300 m². Bed linen and towels provided from 5 nights, Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with a fireplace (wood not provided), a sitting area and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a dining area
- Shower room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a single bed
- Bedroom 4: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath and shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful, private, unfenced garden of 1,300 m².
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in L'Île-d'Yeu, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
To get to the island, you can take a ferry (from Fromentine or Saint Gilles Croix de Vie).
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Nantes (about 1 hour from Fromentine)
- Nearest airport: Nantes (about 1 hour from Fromentine)

Other comments:
- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are extra, included for stays of 5 nights or more.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
- Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Access to the house is from the garden side.
