Decorated with a Brazilian theme, this 45m² house can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a living room and a fitted and fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, all necessary crockery, television (TNT channels), hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board).
The sleeping area has two bedrooms with double beds. Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful wooden terrace with all the garden furniture for a successful holiday (outdoor table and chairs, parasol, barbecue or electric plancha ...).
The house also benefits from a private 6-seater spa (optional), in the garden.

Welcome to Domaine Le Sherwood, your peaceful haven between the national forest and the beaches of Notre-Dame-de-Monts.

Inheriting its history as a former summer camp, the estate has been redesigned into a friendly, fully pedestrian little village. Our 17 attached villas blend seamlessly into this wooded setting, creating a genuine hamlet atmosphere.

Your privacy preserved: Peace and quiet are our watchwords. Each accommodation features its own private green enclosure. You can fully enjoy your garden (and your private hot tub, available as an option) away from prying eyes.

The ideal location: From the estate's shared pathways, you have direct access to the region's many cycle paths, allowing you to reach the beach in just a few minutes.

Our team is available at the reception during the week to assist you throughout your stay.

## Notes

The private SPA is optional, its cost is €40 for the duration of the stay.
Bed sheets are provided for any stay of 2 nights or more. For overnight stays, the rental of the sheet kit is € 8.
Towels are not provided. The rental of a towel kit is € 7 per person.

Pets -25kgs and not noisy are accepted for €15 .
The accommodation must be left clean (dishes cleaned and put away, bed (s) unmade, refrigerator cleaned, bathroom, kitchen and floor washed, trash cans emptied).
If you do not want to clean, you can choose to take the cleaning package at € 85.
You can also ask us for a cleaning during your stay for 39€ (notify us 3 days before the cleaning intervention).

If you wish, we can provide you with a baby kit for an additional € 15.
This kit includes an umbrella bed (with mattress and mattress pad), a high chair and a baby bath.
