Just 250 m from the wild coast beach, our family home sits on a 1,800 m² wooded plot, offering you peace, quiet, and comfort. Your baby and children will enjoy the spacious grounds. Many household appliances are at your disposal. The house features Wi-Fi and bins for recycling and composting.



A few steps from the beach, Maison 250m plage - grand jardin avec intérieur sans marche is located in L'Île-d'Yeu. The 100 m² property includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, and washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are also available. Une prise en charge dès la descente du bateau par un concierge ultra zélé.Une petite maison typique sous les pins avec une grande pelouse qui descend vers la mer.La plage des vieilles à 300mUne longère bien équipée avec tout le confort dans une habitation qui a gardé son charme.Une hôtesse très disponible.On recommande très chaudement
