A very pleasant, tastefully furnished home with excellent exposure, located in a quiet neighborhood that combines countryside and ocean views, near the village of Saint-Sauveur. A garden and two terraces complement the property, which sits on a 1,350 m² lot. The main house consists of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen open to the dining room and a terrace, two bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The first floor is not available for rent. Adjacent to the main house is a bedroom with a separate entrance, along with a shower room and a separate toilet. In the garden, there is a separate annex with a large room (featuring a sofa bed and two bunk beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
