Had a very comfortable stay. Check-in was easy with courteous staff. Parking was very adequate and security was sound. Rooms were extremely clean and the mattress and pillows were to oustanding. Checkout was painless. This will be my hotel of choice for future visits to Idaho Falls.

Reserved two rooms 4 months early. Get to the hotel and the swimming pool was closed for repairs. Then we were told the rooms were overbooked and we had to find somewhere else to stay with the big boys baseball tournament going on rooms were very hard to find. Then the clarion charged us for the rooms.
