Perfect for a base during my trip. Good decent enough breakfast. Only downside was lack of double glazing so could hear the train horn early each morning

The wifi at this hotel has some serious issues. 5 of us, staying in 3 different rooms, all had issues staying connected for any length of time. Worst hotel wifi experience I’ve ever had. Also had my hitch stolen off my truck in the parking lot overnight. My fault for not using a locking pin, but when I asked the staff about camera footage they said they do have cameras, but the cameras don’t record. Otherwise it was good. Clean rooms, nice staff, good pool, rate was reasonable. Still, I wouldn’t stay here again unless they fix the wifi.

The property is right off of the major highways. There are some great places to eat down the street from this hotel. Not far from Idaho Falls park with the falls, shopping is within driving distance.

The shower didn't work and when I told the front desk on check out she said that they are very hard to turn on and when you turn them on it almost feels like you are breaking it. I didn't want to break it and get charged for it so we went without showers. I would highly recommend that you install user-friendly faucets.

Our stay was fine. My biggest complaint is that during our 3 nights we were there housekeeping never came to our room. Our trashes needed to be emptied. We also had to go ask for more towels.

We liked staying here. Our room was spacious. The man working at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The food was good. The location was great next to the river and a walking trail and not too far from the beautiful LDS temple and the waterfalls.
