"Beware, this hotel is horrible. The customer service at the front desk is rude. The rooms on the second floor are disgusting. Smells horrible, the sheets are dirty, as well as the floors. The bathroom is moldy and dirty and the room door is broken. It looks completely different in the pictures. Five minutes after I checked in for my 4 day stay, I decided to check out. I spoke to the front desk person and he said no refunds. I understand I have to pay a part of it, but not all of it. This place is the worse, not safe at all. DO NOT BOOK THERE! I only gave one star, so I can write my review."

"What was unique about this hotel was the total disregard the Owners have for its upkeep, staff, amenities and shabby condition it is and has been for years. They should be ashamed that they own it. Two staff members told me that “they were embarrassed to work there.” Everything from the rooms being dirty, bathrooms disgusting, no hot water, breakfast food was totally inedible, the pool was locked up, the staff would yell across the lobby to each other and were dressed like homeless people. Absolutely no security with doors without access card entry open all night. Ceiling tiles above the bar were missing and lying on the bar. Filthy carpets throughout the lobby tha smelled. I’ve travelled around the world and this was the wordy hotel experience I have ever had. If you don’t want to be in the hotel business . Z sell it to someone who does."

"Everything went well with check-in. We had dinner and were ready for bed, only to realize the bed's box spring was broken and found ourselves sinking in the middle of the mattress. We phoned the front desk multiple times from our cell phones, no response. We then visited the front desk, separately, and told they were overbooked and could not help us. They stated they'd leave a note for the next shift supervisor to assist, but afyer speaking with the front desk team, no such thing was done. The audacity to ask guests to submit a review online to not be charged the $3 parking fee. I get it...your facility is under construction, but your customer service and service issue resolution should be above and beyond, given the circumstances."
