"Recent hotel “renovations” were a new exterior, new lobby furniture, new HVAC units in rooms, but mostly just sloppily painting over problems. Bathtub/ shower and jacuzzi tub had both been “refinished” very poorly with runs in the paint and a lot of chips already. There is a lot of paint splatter & overspray all over. Recessed lights above the jacuzzi tub were partially dangling out of the ceiling and when you turn the jets on in the tub it kicks the lights off! Upon checking in we found a wad of hair between the back of the bathroom sink and the mirror, a pubic hair on the toilet seat, and some sticky gunk under the front of the cabinet that houses the fridge. For multi-night stays you have to request housekeeping services the night before which I’ve never encountered before."

"my experience with the Comfort Suites Hummelstown - Hershey—owned by M&K and operated by Aashvi—has devolved from a series of health and safety issues into a complete breakdown of professional conduct. To be blunt: local management didn't just fail to "exceed" my expectations; they failed to meet even the most basic industry standards for safety and respect. My stay involved: Gross Facility Negligence: The first room I was assigned contained peeling wallpaper and mold; the second room featured a three-inch crack in the sink. Broken Commitments: After reporting these issues, I was promised a follow-up from a manager on Monday the 2nd. That call never came. Reactive vs. Proactive Service: I only received an email response on Wednesday because I filled out a hotel survey—proving that my concerns were ignored until they became a data point. Unacceptable Professional Conduct: Today, Friday the 6th, I finally received a call from the Manager, TJ. Rather than offering a resolution, he actually yelled at me. I informed him I would not be spoken to in that manner and hung up."
