Friendly staff and the place is clean. The only thing we didn’t agree with was the fact that there was only 1 waffle making machine at the time, so the lines were a bit long to get waffles. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend this hotel.

i found roaches and i have pictures of it. Also the staff were yelling everyday early in the morning woke me up multiple times. The staff were rude and very unhelpful, i was there for 5 days no one knocked for room service i had to get my own toilet paper and garbage bags. Some of the amenities they had werent available either and it was the reason i picked that hotel. Then there was an incident where over 10 police were there and i couldnt even move my car, i didnt feel safe there after that. Terrible experience overall will not stay there ever again or recommend for anyone else

Upon entry staff was very attentive. Although i couldn't check in early it worked out better for my family because we were able to just go to Hershey park earlier. I appreciate the staff for coming to our room and assisting with TV remote control immediately. We enjoyed the breakfast although it was a busy holiday weekend we arrived early for it.

This hotel is a place you can stay for a quick night when you’re on a road trip and you just need somewhere to rest. The room was clean. The breakfast area was clean. The hot tub had a disgusting film and a rim around it. The pool area had dirt in here on the floor. The room in our TV did not work. I advise the front desk clerk twice. He finally came to assist after about an hour. He was unable to fix it or offer us another room. I booked two rooms during this stay because we had a large group. We had three adults and four children. The TV did work in the second room. The breakfast was average. A waffle maker, coffee, tea, cereal, sausage, juice.Overall, you get what you pay for it was very inexpensive and we really just needed somewhere to sleep.

Our visit was a total of 3 days. The staff were all professional and polite. The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, no change of towels, trash collection, or floors cleaned. There were human pubic hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The electrical was sketchy at best.
