"There were issues at registration due to me being later than anticipated and nobody being there 7.15pm. When I got in the room was basic but clean. There was a lack of pillows. But we just folded the throw and used that. There was an horrific amout of noise when the guests were returning to their rooms after 1.30am. They were talking very loudly in the corridors as well as in their rooms which we could very clearly hear. This carried on for at least an hour and a half."
