I needed place to sleep for 1 night and they succeed in offering that. Bar in the lobby. Cosy bed. Quiet. Usb charging ports in the room. Iron and ironing board brought to my room upon request. I wish all hotels were just like Carmichael.

Lovely Hotel with free parking

This hotel had obviously been a venue in a previous life so our bedroom was enormous and everything was brand new … bed, headboard, curtains, windows, bathroom, floor covering. The room was super clean which was all down to Veronica who had done a superb job. Staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We only saw a group of guys in the huge bar on Saturday night, otherwise it was very quiet. Free parking was definitely an advantage. Will definitely use it again next time we’re in Hull

One night last minute stay.

Nice hotel with nice small double room. Dual heat/cool aircon and radiator. Will be a real asset in winter when cold and ice cold in summer. Everything is fine the only thing i would mention on the down side is shower usable but a little low on pressure. Will definitely use again!

We were not given the room we booked. We were told Expedia had changed the room type before our arrival.We accepted the room given and were refunded the price difference. There was a problem with breakfast on the first morning,due to illness this could not be served. Breakfast service on the second day was poorly organised. There were no staff around to explain the procedure to us. The room we had was clean and cool. The staff were friendly .
