Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Horrible

Due to car trouble I was unable to make it to Houston. I called and spoke with Hotel personnel to cancel my reservation and offer an explination. I was told that I would not be charged a cancelation fea or for the room. However, I have been billed for the full amount. I am very disatisfied!!!!
