The room seemed clean but was a bit tired, bathroom door latch not functional, chipped walls etc. The main problem was the stench in the room, it smelled of sewer, stale cigarette smoke, animal urine etc. it was horrible!!

Yes the room was decent but I asked for clean linens and was given a dirty sheet. It had hair, spot, stains and streaks on it. The upstairs halls of the hotel smelled like strong mens deoderant and smokers smoking. It was not my favorite experience.

What stood out most was the customer service. The manager proactively reached out before my arrival and again the day of, which made the experience feel organized and welcoming. The front desk staff on 2/28 around 9 PM through checkout at 12 PM were friendly, professional, and efficient. The property itself has a lot of potential but is somewhat outdated and has a few cosmetic issues. There was also a noticeable odor. However, for the price and location, it worked well for a quick overnight getaway for a couples event.

They charged my card $50 not a hold but charged on a prepaid room. so now I have to wait 3-5 days for the refund. Then they tried to charge me for my service dog. Once I got that worked out they then downgraded me to a different room that smelled like smoke and moth balls. I won’t stay there again.
