Staff was very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with them. But they were really busy and difficult to find them at the time of check in. The hotel was going through major renovation. Despite the renovation activities, room was clean and quiet.

My first room had a broken air conditioner, but I was moved to the third floor and had a great room. Rooms are nice and big with the desk and kitchen and plenty of space. Very clean and looks new. Hallways are getting a facelift with new paint on 2nd and 3rd floor. Staff at the desk were so kind. Outside and hallways have a cheap look and feel, but once in the room, everything was great!

this property is OK if you stay on the first floor but there is ongoing renovations on the second and third floor. Meaning pieces of drywall laying around plaster etc. It was a mess. My room on the first floor was OK but it took me three tries to get a decent room. The young woman at the front desk was very helpful and did her best considering the circumstances. Also leaf blowers at eight in the morning.

Do not stay here.

Staff was not friendly at all. The “manager” Josh was very rude from the beginning. When I got to the floor we were staying on they were in construction/painting phase , so my 6 year old daughter and I were inhaling paint. Why would you put guess on the same floor you’re painting on? After being there 10 minutes we had to check out and get a refund because the paint was too unbearable. Worst experience.

Well ac in my room was leaking wet the carpet and 3rd floor where I was sent to stay for two days is under construction and mess up there , smelled like paint. WiFi was the worse never was able to use had to use my personal hotspot

Clean & quiet, but my keycard had to be replaced daily…very inconvenient! Also one day my room had a funny odor, I thought it might be smoke, but the guy at the front desk assured me it wasn’t. Didn’t mention anything else, but the next day there were signs about paint fumes! The female desk agents were hospitable.
