I really liked my room. Booked for Thanksgiving night. Very clean. Only 2 appliances were bad. Bed, pillows, carpet, TV,and shower were perfect! Loved the full sized refrigerator and cooktop stove. I was taken a back initially with the construction at the front door and everywhere throughout. The front desk was very nice but non displayed handicapped vehicles took all the handicapped parking and she really didn't seem like she could do anything. I will book again for Christmas.

This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The entire property is under renovation, with trash, noise, and dust everywhere. When we arrived late at night, the front desk insisted there was no reservation for us. After 30 minutes, they finally checked with the manager and realized they mixed up the guests and had given our reserved suite to someone else. As a result, we were downgraded to a standard room, and even that room had severely outdated facilities—the fridge and AC were making constant loud noises. Completely unacceptable. If the hotel is under renovation, it should not be selling rooms at all. And please stop misleading customers with overly beautified photos. This is false advertising, and we are filing a complaint.

One of the worst experience ever! The whole hotel is under renovation, full of dust during the day and the smell of paint. The smell in the room is even worse, like an old, uncleaned washing machine. Furnitures are rusty and one of the windows has a hole in the glass. This hotel is not in an operatoin condition. I really don't understand how it got its 4 star + plus ratings on Expedia. However, I want to give credit to the staff for their friendlyness.

This hotel, has us thinking that it was a very clean and modern hotel with the ratings. But once we came through the front door a wave of unpleasant smell hit towards us. As we saw the front desk, times have been ripped off, lights dangling, no staff, and paint peeling from the walls. As we got the key and entered into our room, we saw stains on the wall, mirror, and bedsheet. As we inspected the room closer we saw bugs that were randomly lying everywhere. Too conclude this visit at Sonesta; it was a unpleasant experience.

Yes very clean , air conditioner works great, the only problem was they will stalk you for a payment although you are already locked out of the room and will not use your payment method already on your account so if they are not available when you are to pay they will contact you like it’s your fault and inconvenience you to drive back to the office to accommodate them instead of the customer

The room was exceptionally clean despite renovations. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Felt safe in this location that was conveniently located to anything I could possibly want. Bed was divine! Loved having a full-sized fridge and would definitely stay here in the future- hopefully for a longer duration.
