The hotel was very good for the price. My room was newly refinished had a fridge and microwave, coffee maker etc. Staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast was very good. There was lots of selection. I met a couple who swear by this hotel and I can see why. I used their little gym and it did the trick. Overall, great price, great breakfast, great stay.

The 5:30am shuttle left early without us, even though they knew we planned to be on it. The front desk person was very 'matter of fact' and uncaring. Missing morning shuttles must happen often. They should call it the 5:20 shuttle if that's when it leaves. We had to paid for a Lyft. I understand pet fees but I think the cost should be listed online. We were only in the room for 6 hours and it was otherwise fine.

Room needs up dated. Check on staff was excellent. Morning staff needs to learn how to be courteous to guest. Van drive also needs some lessons or find a new job. There were two individual scheduled for the 530 bus. They tried to get on the 5 o’clock bus she would not allow them. There was more than enough room.

Communication. I communicated with the hotel through the Hotels.com app (once two weeks prior to my stay and again two days prior) and never received a response. I wanted to know about the shuttle service. When we arrived to the airport, we went to the wrong hotel shuttle pickup. Once we called the hotel we were able to get through and figure out where to go but it ended up costing us an hour of time. We were in the wrong terminal for pick up with their particular shuttle. Other shuttles were picking up there. I would recommend that the hotel improve their response time and also post where their shuttles pick up
