I liked the convenience of being close to the Houston Airport. The price, location and overall conditions of the facility were acceptable. At time of check in my reservation was not found on the hotel's system. I contacted Expedia and the representative was able to call the hotel and after one hour I was able to get a room. However, it was on the first floor, so there was a lot of street noise. The front desk person mentioned that was the only room left with the accommodations in my reservation. I imagine I would've had a better choice should my reservation were visible twelve days before when I booked it.
Expedia and Comfort Inn blamed each other for the mistake.
