Almost everything was fine, and at a reasonable price. One caveat - our room faced Louetta Rd., and there was a significant level of road noise, more or less all night long. I would suggest a room on the opposite side if you have a choice

The room was clean however there were only three body towels in a room booked for 4 people. When we calked the front desk from our cell phone because the phone in the room didn’t work we were told we needed to trade out the towels. We needed 4 towels or more since that is how many people were in the room. Also there was no body soap available, just a very small bar of hand soap to wash your hands.

The gym was not open for part of our stay. For breakfast, there were no knives. Also, one morning there was also no yogurt, milk, and knives. When we asked about these items, the lady didn't know for sure when they would have any. The pool was closed also. Hopefully their cameras work because when we checked in the lady at the desk mentioned that a car at their location was busted in (window was busted) the week before.

Property is poorly maintained. Lights were flickering, making noise, had brown dried residue dripping down fixtures in the bathroom. Stains and sticky spots on the carpets. Took our towels and wouldn’t replace them for hours to the point I had to look for housekeeping because when I tried to call the front desk it was ringing as if it was off the hook. Breakfast has tiny portions served even when guest count exceeds its capacity. One small heating tray to warm food is inadequate. Multiple families had to wait to get food and tried multiple times but only enough for 2-3 people were made and offered out at one time. Very poor experience. Will be adding to a do not stay list. Will not be back.
