Spring Breeze is a beautiful home, just as advertised, and well worth the price. It made for a comfortable place to relax as a family during our visit to Houston. The owner was generally responsive to communications and friendly, but I did ding them a bit for not proactively providing check-in instructions on the day of arrival. I left two VRBO messages and had to call their business phone number at 10:08 PM to get the entry instructions, which when finally received were quite thorough and easy to use. Had those been sent at check-in time, they would have easily earned 5 stars. Overall: top notch rating for the house, average rating for communication and check-in. Definitely recommend - as long as you keep their phone number handy!

We had a family get together and had 6 children of all different ages so the pool was wonderful along with the game room - The Ms Pac Man video game was a big hit! The hosts had wonderful communication with us and there was plenty of room for the 10 people that we had staying there with 1 Master bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Everything was clean and well supplied and we enjoyed the large dining room table both for eating and playing games. We highly recommend this place!
