The home was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was equipped with your cooking needs. The location is very family friendly. The home was also equipped with your laundry needs which was a plus I also loved. Lastly, the host was very responsive. For the makeup girls, I’d recommend bringing extra towels as all the towels provided are white.

Great home! Loved that primary suite was downstairs and all other bedrooms upstairs. Pool was nice and clean, a bit cool when we were there but still a great time. House is very comfortable, clean, and kept up well. Convenient location for all our activities in Spring and Houston. Game room in the garage was fun. Definitely would stay again!

House is clean. This property is not maintained. A lot of broken things. The tub in the primary bath doesn't drain correctly, shower leaks. Picture above fireplace on the floor. Dryer doesn't dry well. All games in gameroom broken. Bathtub upstairs doesn't drain well. Trash in front yard and tree in front needs to be trimmed, it scraped the top of my truck. Grass needs to be cut. Outside trash can overflowing with garbage.

The house made due to which it was supposed to. Pictures were miss leading. The pictures showed 2 sets of bunk beds and a swimming pool. The house didn’t have either! It wasn’t very clean lots of wear and tear. The shower fans didn’t work so takin a shower the moisture soak all it me in the bathroom

Well...It Was Kinda Hard After I Booked To Communicate With The Host. The Listing Showed A Pool And After I Booked I Was Told Its Not Avaliable. The Host Did Let Me Check In Early So I Was Grateful For That. The Home Is Actually Beautiful Plenty Of Space And Very Converse For The AreaBest Advice I Can Give...If Something Is Listed Make Sure You Ask If Its Available & For The Host ...If The Pool Wasn't Available Then Why Have It Listed? I Could Have Saved Money Without Having A Pool. Because As Soon As I Asked About The Pool Being Heated You Went On Vrbo And Deleted It From The Listing So Yea I Feel A Bit Cheated

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!!! I booked this house specifically for all the ammenities it showed in the pictures to spend the week with my son and nephew while in town for a World Cup match.The TV in the living didn't work.The TV in the master bedroom didn't work.Basketball game, foosball table, and air hockey table are ALL broken.The host said they would replace the main TV and never showed up.I asked for compensation given everything wrong, and almost a week later have not heard back from the host.The backyard was overgrown so my son and nephew couldn't even go out there to kick the ball around. I've rented dozens of homes for vacation and this was hands down the worst.Also, all the smoke detectors are missing, I only found one and it didn't even have the battery correctly installed until I fixed it.

The house was overall okay. Lots of space and the layout is great. Most of the game tables were broken and the air conditioner in the garage did not work. The TV in the master bedroom did not work and the backyard wasn't cut. Also, the master bedroom shower is NOT clean, had to uae upstairs bath. It's a lot of space though for a big group. Would definitely rent again if things are fixed.

Kitchen lacked skillets. ice maker did not work. Lack of towels, but later they were found in the dryer (cleaner did not fold and make available). Listing showed one room with Queen and Full bed, but extra bed was not there so someone had to sleep on couch. Game room is shown in listing as in house, but its actually in the garage. Overall we managed and it was okay.
