The Space:

Living space
The open layout flows from a lounge area with a 50" Smart TV to a dedicated workspace with a table and chair, and out to the private lanai with outdoor furniture and a dining area. Window AC, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets keep things comfortable, while high-speed Wi-Fi (201 Mbps) and an ethernet connection support streaming or working remotely.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom, separated by a sliding panel door, features a King-size bed and a Smart TV - a calm space to wind down after a day out. The living area has a pull-out sleeper sofa, comfortably suited for children or occasional use. Linens, towels, and beach towels are all provided.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Whirlpool refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, rice maker, blender, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and wine glasses. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all on hand. The dining table seats up to 4, making it easy to enjoy a meal in before heading out.
Bathroom
The bathroom includes a hair dryer, hot water, shower gel, and Essentiel Elements bathe shampoo, conditioner, and body soap - along with cleaning products for your convenience.
Building amenities
The building offers a shared outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna - open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. There is also an outdoor playground on-site. An elevator, private entrance, EV charger (Level 2), and free garage parking for one vehicle add to the convenience. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on each floor. A coffee shop and convenience store are located on the ground floor of Tower 1, and a coin machine is available in Tower 2.
