Very friendly staff and great service. The property and hotel were clean and well taken care of. Good location, within walking distance of everything. This hotel is very hard to find, it is tucked in between some shops with very small signage that blends in. We drove passed it twice had to call and get directions, I didn’t listen as well as I should have and had to call back a second time to find out that it was 4 shops down from the unloading zone. The hotel is on the older side with cosmetic updates, there was a very strange unpleasant smell on our floor, the second floor, that was being masked by plug in air fresheners, unfortunately they weren’t working very well. Older beds that were on the stiffer side, tolerable for a short time but by the 7th night we were definitely looking forward to our own beds. For the price I would probably stay again if I wasn’t going to be in Honolulu for an extended stay.

We really enjoyed the location and the unit, for the most part, was good. The unit was clean, parking was great, loved the walkability to the beach. Very nice that things like beach chairs, umbrella, etc.were included. There were a few issues like incorrect/outdated communication about the amenities (we missed being able to use those amenities for the first 2 days, leaving us only 3 days to utilize them), inability to access tennis/pickleball courts due to a missing key, ceiling fans broken or not working properly. These issues were very disappointing.

Older hotel which is ok but this did not seem well kept. Shower was moldy, wires were hanging out of the wall in a corner of the room, etc. we stayed one night and switch to a different hotel. This is a lower priced hotel in Waikiki so we were not expecting 5 star but this was a little rough even for that.

The staff were great. Very friendly. The room was dated and there was a certain smell as you exited the elevator on the 2nd floor. Old carpet smell was strong in the room and the hot water was quite slow to get warm. Otherwise the room was good.

The rooms were great, we appreciated the cooktops for making food in our room. The beds were comfortable. There was a smell of marijuana smoke coming through the air conditioner from the street below. It was also very noisy at night, car horns and loud music. Parking is a walk away, but that was fine for us. If that doesn’t bother you than it is a great place to stay.

There was trash left in the room and was not seeped.then when I got the room on day three of my stay the room smelled like poop.very time we went into the room that is all you can smell and when we got to the room on the first day the toilet was not cleaned I would not stay there again but the staff was nice
