The sink in the bathroom is very small. It’s like a bit larger than a loaf pan baking dish. Every time I use it like washing my face or brushing my teeth, water is all over the place. The water is dripping on the floor. I have stayed in Japan and Europe. Yes their bathroom is small but their sink is a lot bigger than the one in Outrigger

The room was nicely updated and the staff were excellent. I am disappointed by the surprise fees that we paid when we arrived at the hotel. Expedia claims that booking through them includes taxes and fees. This is definitely not what happened. We were charged an additional almost $900 when we arrived. Resort fees, parking, and taxes. On our 5 night stay that comes to about $180 per night in hidden/extra fees. Although the hotel was nice, it is definitely not a resort. It has a basic small pool and a good exercise room. That is normal, not a resort!

Room was perfectly spotless and the staff was warm and friendly. Request a room that faces the interior pool courtyard or if on an outside facing room request a high level. Outside facing rooms are on a very busy street corner/ intersection above 2 restaurants. We requested a high floor but was only given a 5th floor room and it was very noisy not to mention the roosters crowing outside before sunrise. I think a higher floor would have been quieter and an interior facing room would have been absolutely quieter. Again, room was clean, spacious with the exception of the shower. Ours was smaller than a cruise ship shower but we are little people so it was fine.
