Location is perfect right in the heart of Waikiki. Front desk was always helpful and gave us an easy check in/ check out. Only downside to the property is the parking which is to be expected but highly recommended booking a parking stall before hand. On top of official charges there is an undisclosed 50+$ daily fee that the hotel surprises your upon arrival. Hotel staff couldn't explain these extra fees, Expedia couldn't explain it either. Eventually, after our stay, they discovered writing in tiny font. Watch out!

The staff are very friendly, it’s a nice hotel but is well over due for an upgrade. Room I booked was very spacious the terrace was the best just not the weather in which we tried to enjoy it in. Beds sheets were weird fitted wrong sizes, no comforter the foldout futon didn’t fold out and if you slept on it you woke up in pain. The bed I used was very old mattress probably should’ve been replaced a few years ago.. the air split on wall in bedroom over the tv leaked and my leather bag was soaked which also had my passport in it… the Hot tub and pool were GREAT again it wasn’t the best by far but I would also stay there again ???

The staff was very nice. Management will only allow room cleaning after the 7th day but they do give you refills on any amenities. The pool and hot tub were great after long walks. And the beach is very close. It was also close to the bus stops which we used to tour the whole island. We will always remeber our stay here. Shout out to Tom and Cecilia! They help you with a smile!

The courtyard with tropical trees, small pool, and tiki theme restaurant was wonderful, we loved it. The front desk staff and house keepers were all friendly and very helpful. This building looked very old, but well maintained. Our room had newer kitchen and fridge, good for a long stay. No hidden charge at the check out, exactly as explained at the time of booking.

We have stayed here before, enjoy the room,. Ac is great, love the kitchen option and bed is comfortable. Only complaint was internet connection was off and on and we were here partially for work. Apparently has been on going issue for months so should’ve been taken care of in my opinion. Pool and hot tub is great outside of some of the staff. They are 3rd party and was quite unprofessional possibly drunk or on something! Was terrible experience. I don’t want this to take away from the hotel itself. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed the room .
