The photos on Expedia were very misleading, room is older and in rougher shape then shown. The room also had a very musty smell. When we asked to switch rooms thinking it may have just been that room, we were told by the gentleman working that they were sold out for the night and would try and do something the next day. We never heard back. On a positive note breakfast was great and the front desk lady Aaliyah (I think that’s how it’s spelled) had great customer service and was always in a good mood.

Friendly staff and the valet parking was excellent. Unfortunately, the room and services didn’t match what was advertised: photos looked much better online, housekeeping wasn’t daily (only once during our 6-night stay), breakfast was very limited, and the room had odor/cleanliness issues (dirty curtains, stained sheets, worn furniture, ants). Because of that, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was courteous and helpful with every thing needed. They took our bags early before we could check in to our room so we could wander around the area. The room itself was fine- a big garden tub with a King bed. Patio also. It was clean - but I would have cleaned more on the light switches and walls… it was just older and a lot of painted over things, but we appreciated the area

Staff was amazing. The hotel was okay, just very outdated and pretty noisy at times. Other than that, the location is great and within walking distance to a lot of popular spots. Very affordable if you are looking to save a bit of money and enjoy Hawaii.
