The shower head was broken, it was useable, but I didn’t expect to take one handed showers. The shower mat also had some black spots on it? The front desk was preoccupied on their phone and didn’t seem to communicate with the rest of the staff. The place was clean but an over all 6-1/2 out of 10 for us.

Good location, close to the main shopping, dining and bus stop. Very nice and friendly staff. On a negative side: property is very dated, room is clean but has that musty smell when you enter, continental breakfast is very sad. On our first day we had only coffee, bread and cereal. On consecutive days they added some yogurt and some pastries. 10 min waking distance to beach - for me it was quite unusual, but walk is not that bad because you can do some “window shopping” at the same time (the most expensive stores located on your way to the beach). Parking is $45 a night which was quite a shock for me, but we did not have a car. Room service is ones in 3 days, which was quite unusual as well. Overall is not bad, considering how expensive in generally everything is in Hawaii.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Loved the bed, we slept so well. Staff is fabulous! Having a nice light breakfast available in the early morning was a great way to start our day. It is walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants nearby. It was a great location for a few nights stay ahead of a cruise departure.

Room was clean. Hotel needs to be refurbished. We stayed there prior to getting on a cruise ship; I would not recommend staying there for a few nights. Great location, within walking distance to Waikiki beach, restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is noisy; there is a business next door. Breakfast was ok.

Clean room, friendly staff, good water pressure. Nice view of the city. Within walking distance to amazing food and shops. Birds around the patio continental breakfast were annoying. Pool is very small, but we didn't even have time to use it. The towels provided by the resort for beach use were so convenient!

It's close to the beach about a 6 min walk. They have a nice simple breakfast. We've stayed here before and it was great but this time the rooms weren't as clean as we remembered. But I would still come back for the convenience and friendly staff!

The hotel was in a fabulous location and had a wonderful and very helpful staff. The hotel itself and the rooms are very dated and could use some refreshing. The Koi Pond is so incredibly beautiful, but unfortunately it’s the smoking area so that really limits the time you would want to spend there. The other thing I did not care for and I do recognize that many hotels are doing this now is that if you want an early check-in, and I mean, like 30 minutes early there is a fee for that now. For a night or two this is perfect And I always live by my motto you get what you pay for.
