Absolutely loved our time here. All the staff were polite, friendly, helpful and always smiled. The apartment was large and the bed so comfortable. It had a wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely return.

Typical, overpriced Waikiki hotel with limited housekeeping.Breakfast was not enjoyable with birds on tables and food areas. The lanai/balcony was not inviting. If you are expecting lovely Hawaiian/coconut smelling toiletries, you will be disappointed. The staff were nice.

The staff was wonderful!!! The hotel is near a lot of shops and restaurants so it does get loud at night, but we were on a high floor so we didn’t hear it once we were inside. Highly recommend it!

For one how can you have a romantic weekend if they down grade you to a double bed? They called that an upgrade!! Besides that and the very inconvenient valet parking it was ok.

The staff was great and very accommodating! It’s an older hotel and it’s not a luxurious place, but it’s affordable in comparison to hotels directly on the strip. The beds are clean, no bugs! The area is very close to Waikīkī beach walk but sadly you do have to pass through somewhat of a sketchy patch to get there, it’s not the worst but it’s worth noting if you’re a woman or have young children. Not the hotels fault but the area is noisy at night. Overall, the hotel gets the job done and can get you to Waikīkī on a budget and the kind staff makes the experience enjoyable.

The room we booked at oasis was unavailable due to ac issues. They put us up at Ohia Waikiki and it felt like a downgrade given the room we booked at Oasis was better with more amenities and breakfast. We didn’t get breakfast and things like lights in the room and hot water didn’t work

Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Stayed for a week and valet service was excellent. Pricey but this is Waikiki. Thanks a bunch for a comfortable room after long but wonderful days exploring the island all the way to Kualoa ranch to the North shore beaches and food trucks to Hawaii Kai in the South and drive back to Waikiki to recharge in our room for the next day’s adventure! Mahalo!
