We mention a little leaky faucet, and he’s on it like a champ, apologizing and promising to fix it up. All good, right? But then—plot twist!—as we’re about to head out, we pull a little “oh, one more thing” moment. We let Veer know we were a bit miffed that breakfast wasn’t included as we expected. Veer, without missing a beat, goes, “Oh, I’m so sorry about that—let me make it right.” And just like that, he turns what could’ve been a grumpy morning into a moment that had us smiling and laughing again. "We had a delightful stay at Best Western Angus Inn this week. I was particularly impressed with the room furnishings...from a microwave to the desk which allowed you to roll out a second lower level...to the comfy bed and pillows and the well-thought-out arrangement of our ADA room. The shower was constructed well so water did not flow out into the bathroom. The pool and the hot tub were both working! I have stayed in higher-priced hotels that did not offer this amount of thoughtfulness. "
