This was such a charming location! The breakfast was amazing! Everything was homemade, including fresh cinnamon rolls! The only downside was the lack of restaurants nearby, but the local restaurant was good and just down the road. The pool was down for cleaning (due to a guest getting sick :(), but it looked nice! I highly recommend this place!

Property neat, well organized, everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent. Great biscuits and sausage biscuits. Well arranged tables snd places yo eat. This is our third time staying here about 7 years. Stop here when ever we are needing a night stay on Kansas.

Front desk hosts are awesome! Outdoor Pool is nice! I really like this place. It has a very local feel and super friendly. I felt safe and car secure. I like the pool table and fooseball. I can't say enough about the staff. And BREAKFAST was AWESOME.

We were very glad to find the Lodge in Russell after a long day of travel. We were pleasantly surprised to find the room to be delightfully decorated and recently upgraded and done very well. The breakfast was good and, yes, there were homemade cinnamon rolls too! It was a very pleasant experience and we would stay again.

First off, the breakfast is worth the hype. The overall value is great. The building itself is older, but they have done a good job of maintaining it and creating a nice stay. If you're cruising down the road, looking for a place to stay and a good breakfast in the morning. This is your spot. And in the summer the outdoor pool looked great, but we didn't actually spend enough time there to enjoy it.
