Pleasant stay and seemed very clean. We had a third floor room and it was very quiet. The pool and hot tub were relaxing but the pool deck was in need of repair. Overall a good stay and good value.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the large King room. Excellent service at the front desk with non-stay related friendly discussion that really made us feel welcome and appreciated for more than just staying overnight. Good hot water shower. Wonderful breakfast. Quiet. Super easy on/off access. Great room for much less than staying in a comparable hotel in either Hays or Salina.

We only stayed for about 12 hours here. The room was nice, the lobby was very nice, I didn’t bring my suit so I didn’t use the indoor pool. The staff upon check-in was neither rude nor nice almost like he was indifferent that we were there. We would stay here again if we are back in this area.

The hotel was fine. However, it appeared to have few customers when we were there. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were working and were very welcome after a long, hot drive. There were no lights on, and no light switch to be found, so, as darkness fell, we were in a pool only lit by outside lighting finding its way indoors through the large windows. It is very conveniently located right off the Interstate so it makes for a quick stop on a long trip.

I do not understand how this hotel is rated an 8.8. This hotel has reaffirmed that future hotel stays should be with branded, familiar hotel names.
