A very nice one-bedroom apartment. The decor and furniture are very nice. The building is new, and the pool is lovely. The landlord is also very friendly. There's a balcony with a washing machine for washing and drying clothes. The balcony offers a river view. The electrical outlets in the apartment are excellent, no adapters required, which is great. Excellent.

Durch die zentrale Lage war vieles auch zu Fuss erreichbar, der Check-In war super einfach und die Kommunikation mit dem Host wunderbar. Obwohl es nah an der Strasse ist, hält sich der Lärm in Grenzen. Das Bett ist super bequem und alles war sauber. Für eine Aufenthalt, bei welchem man viel unterwegs ist, sehr sehr gut!

Excellent value for the price, large comfortable apartment with all amenities you can imagine including Samsung AirDresser in the master washroom. Location just a 10 minute ride from the city centre with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. Only gripe was communication - was asked to WhatsApp for the keycard upon arrival and the person could not really speak English. Otherwise, highly recommended both for short or long term stay in HCMC.

We chose the Metropole Urban Residence as it was central to everything that we could walk to. The staff are very helpful and the amenities were very good. Their rooftop bar is good and breakfast is exceptional. Would recommend this if you want an up market hotel in a good spot

Location is nice and just beside a park where there are crowds during weekend and festive period. I was there unknowingly it was their independence day. Very nice personal touch in that they remember who I am and on my last day they send me a cake a while after I am back in the evening before going out again. Yes my brithday is not on that day but that is my last day in this hotel.

Wir waren begeistert über das schöne große Zimmer mit sehr geschmackvoller und edler Einrichtung, sowie mit kleinem Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den Fluß. Das Frühstücksbuffet auf einer Terrasse über den Dächern von Saigon mit Blick auf den Fluss ist ebenfalls eine besonders schöne Erinnerung.
