Booked room for 11 days. Room seemed nice upon check in. However, on day 4 we requested housekeeping and were told there were linens in our room we could change our bedding ourselves. Only 4 towels for the 2 of us and our responsibility to wash and when we ran out of tp we were told they do not supply more than what was in the room 2 rolls. Then the cockroaches. the biggest being about 4in we killed 4 large and dozens of small ones. I get it it is an island but in all the years and stays and in our house we are remodeling we have never seen any. Then as we left we logged out of our Netflix not wanting to leave it open. As we were boarding our flight I got a call interrogating me about deleting the Netflix app, which we did not do, A HUGE deal was made that it was in the welcome letter that we were told absolutely not to log out of our accounts upon leaving. Firstly at my age I do not need to be scolded like a child. Secondly this welcome letter I was told I was sent was actually never sent I have checked all our emails/correspondence and never received a welcome letter or any instructions about logging out of TV accounts. I feel I was more than generous in the 2 star review but will NEVER book there again by the way this is not a hotel as most units are private residential.
