There was no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Though I called a couple of times, nobody responed. Later a receptionist casually told me that she missed a call. The receptionist should be replaced because she even tried to argue against the customer. It was a terrible experience. No recommendation at all.

Hotel was nice, but no microwave in the room. Limited food items for sale. Sodas,food items extra expensive, even bottled water was extra expensive. I got a case of water from 7-11for the price of two bottles.

room clean and nice Studio/handicapped room but stopper mechanism at sink disconnected and not working. Bed clean, but linen too short for bed. Could not pull it up to cover my shoulders. Had to sleep at angle I'm only 71" tall

The staff was very nice and friendly, the hotel beautiful with a huge room for 3 adults! Added bonus of free breakfast and free airport shuttle! Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling this area even for a night.

The restaurant was closed. Check-in took longer than usual. The airport shuttle was not available at our time and we were told that a taxi to the airport would cost $25 but. We were charged $32. And we were not given more than I class and no water available. I do not think we would stay here again

The gal at the front desk needs more training and they need more than one person at from desk. We waited over 30 min to front desk. Plus she asked a friend to help her that was just hanging out at the bar area, I ask the girl if she was the manager and she said no I use to work here years ago. Really not how you do business. Not a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable so I will say that. They need new management or manager to get things in order.
