Beautiful hotel. Lovely gym. You could tell it’s new - some hiccups. I tried to call before I got there and the number on google and Expedia didn’t work. Check in was a bit glitchy. The shower gel and hand soap were switched. Took a long time for the water to get hot. Would have expected more from a luxury property

The elevators were very frustrating to use. If you have a family member staying in a different floor you can’t go to their room because your key won’t work in the elevator. Extremely frustrating if staying with a group. My sister’s room was not ready even though we checked in at 6 pm which is well past their check in time. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.
