I had a wonderful stay at Marriott. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. We have bonvoy platinum and this did not include breakfast. The hotel didn't even have breakfast available nor coffee. The shuttle picked us up from the airport but then decided to drive around again at the same stops to do more pickups. Because of this we arrived late at the hotel and missed dinner. The shuttle arrived at the hotel in the morning but the driver said we'd have to wait 10 minutes so he can go eat breakfast. I guess he's the only one who gets to eat here. What a scam.

Tom the morning manager was a little cold our checkin felt like an inconvenience to the hotel, we got our room and everything was fine with the stay rooms were clean area was safe and secure there was coffee downstairs. We just didn’t feel comfortable with the way tom was speaking to us.
