I was assigned a room on the second floor but there was no elevator. Access doors locks were not working and the door was catching. I also saw a lot of random workmen going in and out of the hotel and hallways which made us feel unsafe. The room was smaller than I originally booked. The bathroom flush kept going on its own and the sink and the WC cistern were wet."

When asked how they could compensate I was told there was nothing they could do for me. My room was 2.5 hours late. They didn’t even apologize."
