Close to Main Street. Clean. Beds were semi firm and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Only gripe was the blinds could have kept the lights out a bit more but not a deal breaker.

Fantastic place to stay in Helen! Both secluded and yet a two minute walk from downtown. The young lady working the front desk was INCREDIBLE, so helpful and kind. Room was clean and the property is incredibly well taken care of. Best of all... incredibly comfortable beds! 5 stars!

Nice location close to the main Helen attractions. Reasonable rates, clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, right on the river with easy access, swings and seating on the river bank. Parking is a little tight and rooms are up one level with a nice sloped walking ramp for easy access.

I was there with my daughter. We both enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and they have the fluffiest pillows. Being right on the river’s edge was awesome! I will definitely be back.

The hotel itself was nice. Our room (116), you can tell had a lot of water damage in the restroom that was not fixed properly. The rest of the room was very nice. Overall, I would stay here again. It was very close to everything and you could walk instead of driving.
