Clean room although there was one chair in the room that got missed because someone had spilled something on it. The faucet handle came off but we notified the front desk- nothing major. Heat was on and we thank them for doing that. Breakfast was good got a small hotel. Staff was friendly

I checked in at 9pm. I clean the area as I alway do after checking im. I find a dirty muddy bucket in the shower that was left by maintenance. I started eating my food and watching tv. As I was watching tv a roach came from under the microwave. I killed it thinking its okay this isn't the Ritz-Carlton or anything. I literally killed a roach for every hour I was there from 9pm to 8am. I assume that the food attracted them. I went to check out the next morning and cancel the rest of my stay. The handyman tried to give me an upgraded room to continue my stay and I told him I just couldn't continue to stay and he agreed to cancel and refund my stay. He said that they just got it sprayed for insects and that was why. It was just very unacceptable and uncomfortable due to it being unclean.Then I later found out he only canceld and refunded the remaining days and not the full stay. He then offered 25% off next stay as if we would return to the roach motel again. Horrible experience and will never return

Yes pet friendly. Easy parking. Thats about it. Dog park disgusting. Poop everywhere including parking lot. My wife and I had to walk down the hill near the road for my dog to go the bathroom.Trash wasnt picked up and trash cans over fill least 3 days. Breakfast over cooked. Bathroom figures where broke Staff was nice. For being in Helen I would to be have way nice.

The dumpster for the hotel was right in front of the room. That was our view and that is what you smelled. We had to park away from the room. There was a roach in the bathroom. The floor is weirdly cut out around the bed. We were treated okay. Definitely do not recommend. People above us ran around all night. Loud bangs. Helen is a beautiful city though. I would return to the city but not here.

Room was dirty bugs in every corner. No rooms ready an hour after check in time. Finally got a room 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Room looked like it had not been really cleaned hair everywhere. Second day we were gone for 9 hours and the room had not been cleaned, finally brought us towels at 8 pm. We left a day early due to the condition of room and general neglect of the property. Room had a great view ofthe garbage dumpster right in front of our window.
