The room smelled awful. It is a definite OLD PROPERTY , HOWEVER, I have stayed in old places that were emmaculate and smelled great and was CLEAN! The literature reads next to river, LIE! They have fireplaces, you cannot use! They have cole machines, ice machines, don't work! The floors omg! I am leaving a picture attached. I do not think they have EVER BEEN MOPPED BUT ONCE EVERY 3 MONTHS! I would have got out the next morning, but everything was booked up! I have never left a bad review ever. I figured it is because I had never stayed in a BAD PLACE! The hot water, that takes a long minute before you get any. The toilets got stopped up, does not flush right . Had to wait for the office to open to get a plunger!! NEVER EVER AGAIN HERE! EVER! It made our Christmas Holiday horrible! I noticed we were the only in the place, up until we were leaving! My socks were white mind you. Within minutes. They were what you see! Where it reads Hanes, WAS WHITE! NO EXAGERRATING! I WISHED I WAS!

We did not had to drive anywhere. Great location in Helen! Bigg daddy’s across the road. Will definitely stay here again. Suite 9 was perfect.
