Accommodations were good. Beds were super comfortable. But the rooms need some updating, paint peeling, cracked sink in the bathroom, door handle broken...Free breakfast wasn't even there and room was empty before 10am.

Rugs need real cleaning, possibly changing. Same for common areas furniture. Elevator was not working, which should be a no no for any hotel. We had to use stairs to bring our luggage to the room and back. Not recommended.

Properties pretty old and run down lots of peeling paint stained carpets, etc. you get what you pay for the beds were fine and comfortable sheets were clean. We only stayed for about nine hours as it was just a place to sleep.

Tons of stain on sheets, chairs and rugs. Bad odor to where I had to go buy air fresheners and spray. Staff did not provide towels so I had to grab them myself. No service in fixing beds or change find sheets either. Not sure why charge service fees if they’re not being provided. Will not come back. Lastly, elevator was down.

This was monumentally terrible. The whole building smelled musty and like cigarettes. The room’s air conditioning was making loud banging noises on a cycle and could not cool the room. Hair all over the bathroom, sticky carpet, glaring naked lightbulbs, patched together insufficient door lock that felt unsafe. I’m honestly not that hard to please. For $260 per night, this never should have happened. If I had a choice, I would have walked out.

The elevator didn’t work, the hall rugs were stained, smelled and looked like never vacuumed. Hall furniture stained and smelled. Shower stall had mildew in every caulk joint, and the paint was peeling off the cieling. The shower enclosure was falling apart, curtain rod in window half off. Yah no good. Never experienced such a ratty rundown dirty and unkept hotel.

This Quality inn found all the bathroom and the shower they don’t meet the standards service most shower heads are broken and the faucet doesn’t work properly carpet and walls need to be done and replaced Frigidaire are frosty frozen. This Quality Inn Cromwell needs to be inspected!!!!
